We have hosted a number of events, thank you to all the parents and stakeholders who made those events successful.
We hosted successful academic events like parents meetings, career exhibition and career guidance events. We also hosted social events like sports competitions, social responsibility campaigns like blood donation and cleaning campaigns.
The purpose of such meetings is to involve the parents since they are the stakeholders of the school. The parents receive information about the school and get the opportunity to ask questions on aspects they were not sure of. NPC Choir performed during the parents meeting, it served as a platform to showcase their talent to their parents
The school was so proud for being nominated as one of the schools with the good Grade 12 pass rate and having lower grade learners who passed exceedingly in the previous year. At Nelspruit Private College there is quality and effective teaching and learning.
Education is self-empowerment. Relevant Information to assist our learners to make proper decisions is very crucial. We thus took our Matriculants for Career Exhibition for such benefit.
The NPC Trio won during the auditions at Mbombela Civic Centre on 20 May. They proceeded to the national competition. NPC gives not quality learners but also gives opportunity to its learner to become quality singers.
Parents every year are given an opportunity to assess their children's books and see their performance on classworks, assessments, assignments etc.
Since the parents have an important role in the transformation of the school, these meetings help the parent-teacher to cover the challenges in the operational models.
As part of the Economic Management Sciences (EMS) curriculum for Grade 7-9, Nelspruit Private College holds a Market Day, which, this year was held on Friday August 2018. The learners hosted the Market Day to inspire and encourage entrepreneurship and to test the business acumen amongst themselves.
